Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort will be throwing a “Monstrous Summer” this year by keeping three of their theme parks open for 24 HOURS on Memorial Day Weekend. Can you imagine? Several years ago, my family and I headed to California for a quick trip to Disneyland and fell in love with the attractions and classic vibe of the park. Last week Disneyland Resort celebrated the VIP premiere of Cars Land with a whole slew of activities, celebrities and a grand finale with fireworks! In what has been the largest piece of the five-year expansion at Disney California Adventure Park, Cars Land has added 12 acres of fun and freewheeling to the park. Yesterday, Starbucks and Walt Disney Parks & Resorts announced that everyone’s favourite coffee will soon be available at all Disney theme parks, starting with parks at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, Calif., and Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.
