It’s that time of year again! If you’re heading to the Walt Disney World Resort in the next month or so, you’ll be able to catch the infamous Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, one of the most fabulous events to hit WDW in my opinion. On 26 select nights from September 1 through Halloween night October 31, the Magic Kingdom will host this spooktacular after-hours party from 7 p.m. – midnight. Disney villains take center stage in 2014 with “Villains Mix & Mingle – Live on Stage” castle show; and Club Villain, an all-new nightly character dance party experience takes over […] Continue reading →

Thinking about visiting Walt Disney World in 2014? You’re in for a treat! The New Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom will open the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, completing the massive expansion which has been revealed in stages. Taking guests down a musical ride into the mine “where a million diamonds shine,” this new ride will start its journey journey by crossing a stone bridge and walking through the forest where the Dwarf’s cottage resides. This ride will offer an interactive pre-show area with fun activities themed to mining, before heading to the family-style coaster. New Fantasyland will also be debuting a […] Continue reading →

This new aircraft will fly out of Calgary to Orlando, Florida on December 3, 2013 for its inaugural flight before flying throughout WestJet’s domestic, trans-border and international network. How adorable are those seat backs?! Fun facts about the Magic Plane: The two sides of the aircraft are mirror images of each other […] Continue reading →

We’ve featured the Art of Animation Resort at Walt Disney World in the past. Last year, we attended a special event during the Disney Social Media Moms Celebration where we dined by the pool located just adjacent to the Little Nemo section of the resort. In case you missed it, you can check out our coverage of the resort  which includes a video tour of the Little Nemo […] Continue reading →

We were going to Disney and my agenda had been finalized, all I had left to do was book our dining reservations for the new Be Our Guest Restaurant in New Fantasyland. This new restaurant has been on my radar ever since it officially opened last year. I hesitate to even call it a restaurant, this is more of what you call a full-on dining […] Continue reading →

The parades at Walt Disney World Resort are my favorite. Every time we visit I plan our day’s activities around Wishes! and  A Dream Come True. Don’t even get me started on the Electrical Parade! We saw that spectacular parade for the first time this month and I have a full feature complete with video in the works as written content doesn’t do it justice. If you are a big fan of Disney’s parades you are in for a real treat! Disney Parks announced last week that they will be welcoming a brand new parade called “Festival of Fantasy” to […] Continue reading →
