Last night while getting my girl’s stuff ready for back-to-school, I noticed a package that I had yet to open from J.Crew. After opening it up, I was incredibly surprised to see a Herschel Backpack in the most gorgeous blue and cream print. Unbeknownst to me, Crewcuts (the kids version of J.Crew) has their own exclusive line with Herschel! In case you aren’t familiar with the brand, it’s a very popular bag line that produces some of the best bags around. They last forever! Inside the bag were some additional goodies including this “LOVE” necklace from Crewcuts. It’s the perfect […] Continue reading →

I’m loving this adorable collaboration! J.Crew recently partnered with The David Sheldrick Wildlife Life Trust to produce a special crewcuts tee designed by Brooklyn-based illustrator Hugo Guinness. The David Sheldrick Wildlife Life Trust was founded in 1977 and is a Kenyan charity that rescues and protects orphaned elephants and rhinos in East Africa. Coincidentally, the elephant happens to be crewcuts’ unofficial mascot, so the brand couldn’t be more supportive of the trust’s efforts. To-date, it has successfully rescued and raised over 160 elephant orphans before reintegrating them back into the wild. One hundred percent of the net proceeds from the […] Continue reading →

There’s nothing I adore more than bohemian fashions and Indian inspired apparel. Having been raised in somewhat of a bohemian lifestyle, the bright colors and loud patterns really appeal to me. One of my favorite swimwear designers, Mara Hoffman, has partnered with J.Crew on a gorgeous children’s collection that infuses both brands’ passion for color and design. This is the first time Hoffman has created a collection for children and I have to say, she’s done an incredible job! The Mara Hoffman for Crewcuts is inspired by the mythology and mysticism of India and includes of swimsuits, rash guards, ponchos, […] Continue reading →

It’s that time of week again! Each and every Monday I’m joined by some of my favorite fashion bloggers, Vera Sweeney from Lady and the Blog, Lena from Listen To Lena, and Audrey from Mom Generations, where we share 3-4 covet-worthy products that we are currently in love with. During a press trip to Kissammee, Florida last week, I had the chance to visit the Premium Outlets in Orlando. Mind. Blown. Saks Fifth Avenue, Barney’s, J.Crew, Burberry and many other of my favorite shops were there – but as an outlet meaning that their goods were deeply discounted. I took a peek inside J.Crew’s […] Continue reading →

New Balance recently partnered up with J.Crew’s children’s brand, Crewcuts, to offer two exclusive sneaker styles: the 410 in gray and the 420 in blue. With their 1970s vibe, the 410 New Balance styles are sure to make school outfits instantly groovy with their old-school cool style. Thanks to their extended and wide-width sizes, New Balance fits pretty much any and all feet. Another bonus – they are the last sneaker manufacturer that still makes produces their shoes in the USA,  just as they have since 1906. Priced at $46.00, the sneakers are available in sizes 11 to 3 and […] Continue reading →

You have to admit it, sometimes, the paparazzi capture the best moments! Tom Cruise and his daughter Suri were photographed having some daddy-and-me time at the playground yesterday (September 7) in New York City’s Central Park. The paparazzi caught several shots of her jumping into her daddy’s arms, while her older sister Isabella (not pictured) looked on. Suri’s candy-colored outfit was classy yet casual! Her Purple Tucked Tee by Crewcuts matched with her H&M Ballet Flats. Girls’ Skirts & Skorts at Hanna Andersson PHOTO by: Freddie […] Continue reading →

Oooo, now this I like! Girl’s watch out! Remember Steve McQueen’s motorcycle jacket? The same one worn by the U.S. motorcycle team during the 1964 International Six Day Trials in East Germany has now been replicated for kids. Exclusive to J.Crew’s Crewcuts, this jacket is made in Italy and designed by Belstaff, the masters of authentically rugged and cool adventure wear. The jacket is lined with corduroy and has a buckle-closure collar, antiqued brass zip and snap closure. The jacket is fully lined and it hits just below the waist. It is available in select J.Crew stores throughout the USA […] Continue reading →
