Slip Proof Hair Bands For Kids & Adults That Work Well For Fitness & Dance

My kids and I finally took a sip of the Zumba KoolAid and we are officially hooked. Three times a week we get our groove on and dance like no one is watching. It’s been such a fun activity for me to do with my kids and I love that they’re slowly getting over their shyness. This is something they had absolutely no interest in doing even though they adore dancing. Thankfully a mom and daughter class opened up in September and so they agreed to go as long as I went with them. Not only has it been a fun experience to do together, it’s a great way to sweat and get your heart pumping.

Both of my daughters and I have long hair and no matter how high we pile it or how tight our ponytails are, those pesky flyaways seem to pull free during our session. It’s ticklish and a horrible feeling, especially when you’re sweating. In an effort to tame them, I went hunting for some slip proof headbands and suprisingly I didn’t have to look far

Believe it or not, the best I’ve found are actually the cheapest.TheGoody Slide Proof Head Wraps have a silicone strip on the side that touches your hair, this is what prevents slippage and keeps the band in place. I’m a huge, huge fan of these and at $4.50 the price is right!

If you are looking for a great slip proof headband, give these a try. They keep your hair out of your face and work very well for fitness!
