Port Of Call In Review: Nassau & The Atlantis Excursion

Nassau, Bahamas is one of the most visited cruise ports in the world and for good reason. Sandy beaches, turquoise waters, dolphin encounters and the famed Atlantis Resort can be found here. During our cruise on the Carnival Breeze, my family and I opted for a day-pass to Atlantis. We had a full day in Nassau and thought it would be a nice way to experience the resort’s amenities while we were there.

Day passes at Atlantis are available on a first come, first serve basis. You can’t purchase them beforehand (unless offered as an excursion by your cruise line) and the cost runs from $125-$139 per adult and $80 for children 12 and under (3 and under are free). Your pass includes full access to all of the marine habitats, the DIG, beach and water parks (towels are provided). Is it worth it? Watch the video above to find out!

Disclosure: Our cruise and transportation was provided by Carnival Cruise lines and passes to Atlantis were offered to us by Atlantis, Paradise Island. All thoughts and opinions stated above are mine alone.

We went to Atlantis a few years ago and we loved our stay there! One week wasn’t enough! My boys really want to go back this summer… we’ll see… :)
