3 Great Products That Encourage Your Kids to Hit The Pavement

With Easter weekend right around the corner, all I can think about is spring! Spring! Spring! Even though there is still snow falling (ahem) and we have yet to put away the boots and snowsuits, the days are getting longer and I am dreaming of the thaw.  I think my favorite part of the spring season is being able to finally get outside and ride my bike, or follow my kids on their bikes, up and down the sidewalk.

There are a ton of great options out there for kids of any age whether they are learning to ride a bike, ripping on a scooter or skateboard or being towed by mom and dad in a trailer.  Getting outside with the whole family has never been easier or more fun.  Here is a round up of a few great products for all ages to make it easy to get outside and enjoy the sun.

Featured above is the Mini Kick Scooter by Kickboard ($99.99 CAD).   For ages 3-5 this 3-wheel scooter is low to the ground and has polyurethane wheels for a smooth ride.  The Mini Kick is lightweight, which is great for little ones and comes in all colors of the rainbow.

The Croozer Kid For 1 ($450.00 CAD) is the safe 3 in 1 trailer for active families.  A shopping stroller, running stroller or bike trailer, the Croozer kid has a light weight aluminum frame acts as a roll cage and a padded 5 point seat belt harness for secure riding.  Water resistant fabric keeps your little one dry and the mesh screen and separate rain cover can be opened so they can enjoy the view.

The Kazam balance bike ($139 CAD), for age 3-6 is the perfect way to teach your child how to ride a bike with confidence.  With no pedals or chains, your child will use his or her feet to maneuver the bike, balance and steer.  There will never be a need for training wheels when your child masters the balance bike.

How will YOU be hitting the pavement with your kids this season?
