Would You Dine In A Barbie Restaurant? A Look At The First-Ever Taiwan Location

Taiwan has welcomed its very first Barbie restaurant. The Barbie Cafe is located in the busy shopping district of the capital Taipe. The cafe is decked out with hot pink sofas, high-heeled shoe shaped tables and chairs dressed in their own tutus.

Doll themed cakes, drinks and food grace the menu and everything is served on pink dishes. My girls would have a ball but from the looks of it, this is themed towards the older crowd as well. I wonder if this establishment will work considering the first one opened in Shanghai, China several years ago but closed 2 years later due to low sales…
