I’m really loving the new itineraries released by Disney Cruise Lines for 2014! The line just released news on their upcoming expanded collection of European cruises including the Greek Isles and a brand new southern Caribbean itinerary departing from San Juan, Puerto Rico!
From May to August 2014, the Disney Magic will return to the Mediterranean with exciting new ports, using Venice, Italy as a home port for select sailings. Disney Cruise Line also will visit new destinations in the Greek Isles and Sicily for the very first time, including Katakolon, Rhodes, Heraklion (Crete), Santorini and Corfu, Greece and Catania, Sicily.
The brand new 9 night Mediterranean Greek Isles cruise (departure dates: June 26, July 5) will include ports: Venice; Katakolon; Pireaus; Kusadasi; Rhodes; Mykonos; Venice (overnight).
Disney Cruise Line will homeport in San Juan for the first time in 2014! The Disney Magic will sail four cruises to the Southern Caribbean, including Grenada – a new port of call for Disney. The 7 night Southern Caribbean from San Juan will include ports: San Juan; Antigua; St. Lucia; Grenada; Barbados; St. Kitts. Departure dates: Sept. 20, 27, Oct. 4, 11.
In 2014, the Disney Wonder will sail seven-night cruises from Vancouver to Tracy Arm, Skagway, Juneau and Ketchikan, Alaska. One special nine-night cruise calls on Sitka, Alaska – a first for Disney Cruise Line.
Ports include: Vancouver, Tracy Arm (scenic cruising through fjord), Skagway, Juneau, Ketchikan (departure dates: June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, July 7, 14, 21, 28, Aug. 4, 11, 18, 25, Sept. 1).
The 9 night Alaskan cruise offers the same ports with a departure date of May 24th.
Additional itineraries include Bahamas and Western Caribbean from Miami (four-night Bahamian and five-night Western Caribbean cruises) as well as a variety of Caribbean and Bahamian itineraries out of the Port Canaveral port.
