American Girl Magazine Celebrates 20 Years & Wants You On Their Cover!

American Girl has been a part of my life since I was a tween and it’s been incredible to introduces my girls to the world of dolls and history thanks to them. Their American Girl magazine made it’s debut 20 years ago and I still remember when I received the very fist issue. I was thrilled to bits! This age-appropriate alternative to teen magazines is all about inspiring, motivating and encouraging girls to dream big dreams. Exactly what we want for our own daughters. Imagine my surprise when I received their 20th Anniversary issue in my mailbox yesterday. What a treat!

The January/February 2013 issue kicks off their 20th birthday with a bang encouraging girls ages 8-13 to enter to win a chance to appear on the cover of the 2013 Best of AG special issue of American Girl. In order to enter, two girls can submit the story of their unique friendship. One pair of friends will be selected to appear on the cover.

All entries must be postmarked by February 28, 2013. For more information visit www.americangirlmagazine.com.
