Food Friday Featuring: Refreshing Watermelon Juice

Watermelon juice is the liquid I lived on during my first pregnancy. It then became my daughter’s favorite juice, my second daughter’s favorite ‘popsicle’ and now my son is the ultimate fan of the very same juice. Although I do use my juicer quite frequently, this is one recipe that doesn’t require any special equipment – a simple blender will do.

It’s healthy, not too sweet and incredibly refreshing. As the days are still quite warm and watermelon is still in season, I wanted to share this recipe with you all. It’s baby-friendly and oh so delicious. Also, if you decided to make my Ultimate 1st Birthday Cake, this is a great way to use up those watermelon shavings.
