Omni Hotels Offers Teen Connection Program For The Traveling Youth

Omni Hotels & Resorts just announced a special travel experience for the youth with their one-of-a-kind, socially-centered Teen Connection program. Select locations will offer a Teen Concierge with insider’s perspective of activities, restaurants and attractions. They can also text or email with the teen, a local market expert, or chat via Twitter and Facebook.

This super cool new program has already debuted at the Omni Berkshire Place in New York City with David Strebel, 18, the son of the hotel’s general manager, Peter Strebel. This recent high school graduate has lived at the Omni Berkshire Place with his family for three years. He is well versed on the ins and outs of New York City and has plenty of tips and information for those looking for recommendations.

The Omni Chicago Hotel, Omni Shoreham Hotel, Omni Parker House, Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort and Omni Hilton Head Oceanside Resort are also participating in the program.

The Teen Connection program is Omni’s first teen-targeted initiative created in concert with its newly formed Omni Teen Advisory Board (OTAB), a select group of well-traveled teenagers who provide ideas and feedback to help create memorable experiences for teens. The OTAB is currently helping with the implementation of the Teen Connection program, with plans to include coffee meet-ups and amenity baskets with snacks and discount cards at local attractions.
