The are locally known (and worn) in Namibia and appeal to everyone from university students to but I can definitely see Herbert Schier’s Mini Vellies gaining ground here in the USA, in fact they recently made their debut at Opening Ceremony so us Americans are in luck!
Each pair of these unique boots are handsewn from two pieces of kudu hide that have been dyed in custom OC colours. The boots are made by a team of eight Damara gentlemen on the Namibian coast, making each pair 100% unique. The team turns 20 pairs in an afternoon!
We just adore these patchwork leopard print versions!
Price: $95.00 from Opening Ceremony
