Ingrid & Isabel Spring 2012 Collection

I recently shared the news that I am expecting baby number three – and I’m entering a whole new world of maternity fashion since it’s been so long since I was pregnant last. Luckily, there are plenty of stylish options out there for the upcoming seasons. Ingrid & Isabel is one I am particularly excited about, and their first ever Spring 2012 line if chock full of gorgeous designs.

If you haven’t yet taken a look – I think you will be excited to see how the company has created such a modern, yet classic collection. The line includes everything from Maxi Dresses in bold colors and stripes, to the “Pencil Skirt” and to the more dressy “Waterfall Dress“.

I was lucky enough to receive the “Knot Dress” in Sapphire which I couldn’t wait to try on. The fabric, made up of 90% Micro Modal (an incredibly soft fibre), and 10% spandex has the appropriate stretch, while somehow not clinging too much in the wrong places. I can’t wait until my bump fills out a bit more so I can wear this dress more often.

My very favorite look from the Spring 2012 Lookbook is this flowy number above. A Maxi Skirt paired with a long striped tank with a pair of flip flops, flowing hair, and a long necklace. I will be living in this outfit all summer long!

One thing in particular that I love about Ingrid & Isabel designing clothes is that they get it – they know how important it is to look good and be comfy when you’re pregnant. They already had the comfort part down, it is only natural that they expand into bold and lovely designs.

Disclosure: I was sent the Knot Dress from Ingrid & Isabel. The opinions in this post are my own.
