Hunter Original & Kids Thurlestone: Union Jack, Black Glitter & Nautical Inspired Rain Boots

Hunter is hands down my favorite rain boot company. Established in 1856, they have proven to be the best wellies around and have been spotted on everyone including the Royal Family. I bought my own pair several years ago and they are still just like new!

Hunter is also very well known for their kids boots, specifically the Original boot. Made from natural rubber and lined with a quick dry nylon lining these are designed to keep your kids dry and comfortable. They even have an orthopedic design with a multi-layer cushioned sponge insole to provide extra comfort. For Spring 2012, Hunter has brought back their wide range of colors and introduced a couple of new styles that I adore.

The navy blue “Original Brit Kids” Blue Union Jack Print boots come in a fun worn and vintage-look Union Jack Print that could easily be worn by both boys and girls.

Another pair that I am really loving are the red Thurlstone Kids’ Wellies with their fun nautical ribbon around the top. So cute!

The Black & Gold Glitter Rain Boots are super cute and glamorous in a discreet way. All three boots range from $58.72-$102.00 USD and can be purchased directly through our affiliate Childrensalon.

A mom to two girls and a baby boy, a writer and the publisher of Child Mode. As a lover of style and fashion, Nadia found her ‘niche’ and love of children’s clothing while searching for quality items for her family.

We hear continual stories of children’s Hunters wearing through at the heel very quickly when used for what they’re supposed, ie getting out and about. I suppose if the label is everything and they’re only for getting from the Cayenne to the nursery door, then they’re fine but Hunter’s reputation amongst the country set is waning fast. We would stock them but for these complaints, so instead stock Norwegian brand, Viking and Swedish brand Vincent.

Hello, Neat post. There is a problem together with your web site in web explorer, might test this? IE still is the marketplace chief and a large portion of people will leave out your great writing because of this problem.
