Little Society Fall/Winter 2011: Eco-Conscious Clothing For Kids

If only there were a fashion line for moms as comfortable as Little Society’s kids collection! The line is designed for children ages 2-8 and boy are they comfy! Unlike many fashion designers, Little Society has provided a generous cut with their fabrics that are oh so soft. To build on their motto ‘small steps towards big change”, Little Society gives a portion of each sale towards charities that support the protection of endangered species and habitats.

Little Society’s Founder and CEO Taira Soo said, “For fall we created a line of casual wear with a cool attitude that kids can chill out in.” You will notice for Winter, Little Society really brings forth an 80’s vibe with the cuts and trend setting prints. Thing MC Hammer ;).

Although my girls love to wear dresses in the winter, they usually have to cover them up with sweaters as they aren’t quite warm enough. Little Society’s Jenny dress is like wearing a big sweatshirt, but without the fashion faux paus. This adorable dress is stylish, warm and oh so comfortable. It has been a staple piece for my eldest and looks fantastic on her.

The Paige pants and Paige sweater are spiffy as well and great wardrobe staples for the girls. The Zion sweater and matching Liam pants are the “Paige” for boys. Definite must-haves for colder weather.

These pieces are fantastic for traveling as they are so incredibly comfortable! If you are jetting off to somewhere warm this winter, Little Society will keep your kids comfortable and warm during their travels!

Prices range from $24-$52, however there is a pretty good sale going on with some of the pieces up to 50% off! You can purchase directly through Little Society.
