WagJag ~ Expensive Gifting Made Affordable

Have you ever heard of WagJag? This online discount flash sale site brings daily deals on products, services, events and even vacation destinations, specific to your home town. Since I discovered it earlier this year, I have been an avid user of the site and even downloaded the app, so I don’t have to worry about missing a deal. Because my inbox has a tendency to overfloweth on a daily basis, I like the app as it alerts me while I’m on the go and I don’t have to worry about sifting through my emails everyday.

Regardless of where you live in Canada, WagJag usually has some kind of deal going on in a city near you. Over the last year, I have already purchased several deals through WagJag, for services in my city of Sudbury as well as in Toronto (yes, I’m addicted!). Vouchers for restaurants and hair styling deals ($10 for a $40 hair cut/style) are what I tend to purchase most often, however there are plenty of others to be found.

If you are a last minute shopper, or still have a few gifts to give, you are going to want to check out the new WagJag Holiday Gift Shop. Simply select your city, or the city of your family member/friends and the Gift Shop comes up with an entire list of gift ideas curated specifically for that area. Many of my good friends live in the Simcoe area, so for gifts I usually hit up WagJag before looking elsewhere, because I live so far away. You can’t really beat a day at the spa now can you, and if it is affordable, why not?

WagJag’s Holiday Gift Shop is such a great solution for gifting, especially if you are trying to find a gift for the person who has everything! When purchasing a voucher as a gift, you can either print it out or have it emailed to you or the recipient. Another great thing about gifting a voucher is they usually have a generous expiration, so whoever it is you are gifting won’t have to use it immediately.

Also? They are holding a special offer where every purchase made on WagJag.com and Jaunt.ca until December 25th, automatically enters you into a contest to win the cash value of your purchases!

WagJag isn’t all about the vouchers though. There are plenty of products, groceries and even travel destinations that are featured on a daily basis. I tend to check Jaunt.ca (sister site to WagJag) on a daily basis for Toronto travel deals as we visit the city often and like to try out different hotels in the area. Sometimes you can save up to $150 a night – especially if you plan on staying downtown! Some of the latest getaway deals include 47% off the Mariott Quebec City, all-inclusive vacation packages to the Dominican Republic, a Carnival Cruise to the Western Caribbean (JUST sold out) and many more.

Download the app, put WagJag on your bookmark list, or keep on top of the latest and greatest through their Facebook updates as you never know what kind of deal will pop-up. Each one is limited, so if you find something you like I highly recommend jumping on it as it could sell out quickly!
