Skip Hop Debuts Jonathan Adler Diaper Bags, New Bath Toys & More During ABC Kids Expo 2011

Oh does Skip Hop have some treats in store for you! I had a chance to take a peak at what’s new for late 2011 and early 2012 during the ABC Kids Expo in Louisville last weekend and was literally oooing and ahhing over the new collections. The ladybug is the newest creature to join the Skip Hop family and comes in a wide range of products from backpacks to toys.

Skip Hop’s latest collaboration – Jonathan Adler for Skip Hop (really, need I say more?). Available December 2011, the line will incorporate the mod shapes, vibrant colors and iconic eye-popping patterns that are signature to Jonathan Adler’s work. Skip Hop’s bags and accessories, the Duo, Dash and Pronto Changing Stations will be available in Wave Multi, Flame Yellow, Chevron Blue and Nixon.

The collection will include 10 pieces and will retail between $34-$80, to be sold online and in stores such as giggle and Nordstrom.

Then there is the cool Paci Egg pacifier holder & sterilizer that keeps 1-2 pacis clean and sterilizes them. You just add a little water and microwave for 90 seconds to sterilize.

The infamous Playspot Foam Floor Tiles can now be mixed, matched or purchased  exclusively with cool new zoo prints: owl, puppy, monkey and bumblebee.

There are lots and lots of super fun toys coming out, but I have to say the bath toys shine the brightest. First off is the Soapster, a foaming soap dispenser shaped like a penguin.

Then there are Moby & Ducky Bath Spout Covers to protect your child’s head while in the tub.

The Moby Bath Kneeler keeps your knees protected while bathing your baby.

Another huge highlight from Skip Hop is their new patent pending Complete Sheet Collection. If you aren’t a fan of the typical crib bumper, you will love these sheets. The set gives you the look of a ‘fully dressed crib’ without the bumper by offering bold graphics on the sides of the sheets.

Look for product launches to begin in November and to continue through the new year.
