Fisher-Price & Sherwin-Williams’ Introduce New Nursery Design Solutions To Parents

Oh, don’t you just love smart collaborations? The latest partnership between Fisher-Price and Sherwin-Williams is a real winner!

The two companies have just unveiled the online “Room to Bloom” tool to help expectant parents visualize and create affordable nursery designs. This innovative online design tool was created as a way to make nursery design inspirational, fun and affordable. With a simple click of a mouse, consumers can choose nursery fashions and match them up with coordinating paint colors and wall patterns.

The steps couldn’t be simpler:

1. Choose a Baby Gear Collection – Pick from eight beautiful collections, from calm and comforting, to trendy and subtle or tastefully colorful.

2. Select a Decorative Look (Wall Pattern) – You can now allow yourself the opportunity to be a little daring without having to tape the walls first! Thanks to this option, it is easy to envision plain walls or patterns like Swiss dots, vertical or horizontal stripes, checkers and harlequin without getting dizzy or overwhelmed.

3. Find Paint Colors – There’s something for everyone’s palate with this palette – 16 paint colors per collection hand picked by Sherwin-Williams color experts perfectly complement the eight Baby Gear collections.

4. Save and Share – Want to share your online creation with friends and family on Facebook? You can also save, print or email the nursery designs and get others feedback.

Want to test it out? The “Room to Bloom” tool is a new feature on the re-designed Fisher-Price Baby Gear site.

In regards to the Sherwin-Williams colors featured on the “Room to Bloom” tool – they are available in Harmony® and HGTV® HOME by Sherwin-Williams, two of the company’s zero-VOC* paint lines. In addition, all colors are available in Duration Home®, a tough, low-VOC coating that can withstand repeated cleanings, which makes it perfect for wiping away adorable, little fingerprints.
