Well, Fall has finally arrived! The leaves are beginning to turn into shades of orange and rust and there is a definite nip in the air. The stores have retired the shorts and tees and replaced them with warm woolens and cozy cottons.
Hugo Boss has introduced their new fall fashion line for kids – BOSS Kidswear and incorporated a “Premium theme” which is inspired by the sleek, urban looks of the adult collection.
The BOSS boy takes a bow as he is on stage and in the limelight this season with graphic prints of movie films and director’s chairs on tops that reflect the inspiration taken from the New Wave movement in French Cinema.
Outerwear includes the classic gray-flannel look of the urban parka, as well as a witty nod to the classics of menswear with the pinwale corduroy jacket (worn fitted). The quilted jacket is more of a must have than ever for any expedition: warm with feather filling and ultra-comfortably lined with fur, it looks great in glossy or multicolored nylon.
The jacquard sweaters have been reworked in graduated shades. Denim is warmed up in a chocolate version and the monochrome palette of gray, black, brown and white is brightened with touches of pink and softer shades of navy and sky blue. Some navy blue and gray shades are shaken up with pop-art touches of air force blue and sunny citrine yellow.
Girls get treated to a touch of romance infused with energy and urban contrasts. Cotton modal dresses are fluid and pair well with minimalist bolero jackets. For colder days – belted nylon parkas. Sequins adorn graphic tees and heavy knit dresses and slim corduroys pair with short military-minded cardigans. The dresses and shorts casually combine knit and cotton voile blends.
The palette is natural with ink black, beige, and mottled mink, white and pale pink with touches of peony pink.
