The Eco-Friendly French Cafe: An Imagination Playhouse From Little Play Spaces

As a child, a playhouse is one of the most exciting toys you can own. It is a hiding place, and allows for hours of imaginative play – great for kids and for mom! There is certainly no shortage of playhouse options available. We have seen anything from ultra modern ones, to playhouses that are actually draped over a card table to create a fort-like feel. When I came across this unique playhouse, I had to share.

The French Cafe playhouse was created with a true classic Parisienne-style to it by the company Little Play Spaces. The concept came when, like many moms, Kate Fagelman began designing a cardboard playhouse at her daughters request. It became a hit and Fagelman began to refine her design until coming up with the French Cafe she sells today.

The playhouse is made in the USA and printed from recycled cardboard making it eco-friendly as well as adorable. It is painted using bright red and contrasting black and white, and even includes a real chalkboard where you child can create a new menu everyday.

Fagelman has a new design up here sleeve in the form of a castle. You can view a sneak peek of the design, as well as order a French Cafe of your own here.
