Victoria Beckham Shares Her Pregnancy Tip For Stretch Marks

Have you ever wondered what the celebs use during their pregnancy to keep the stretch marks at bay? Victoria Beckham took to Twitter last Saturday (May 22) to share her favorite product saying:

“Pregnancy tip!!!! I have used this through every pregnancy, it’s amazing!! X VB”

The product is Elemis Japanese Camellia Oil Blend, a combination of sweet almond oil and camellia oil. I’ve used camellia oil in the past and the stuff is simply heavenly. The smell is gorgeous and it works wonders on your hair, skin and nails. The Japanese have been using it for centuries!

I can definitely see this working well on a mother’s growing belly and will have to pick up a bottle and compare it to my own personal favorites – brands which I will be writing about soon.

If you would like to pick up a bottle of the Elemis Japanese Camellia Oil Blend, our affiliate Amazon.com has it on for 20% off right now.

I have been using this oil as a night time treatment for awhile, in addition to a night cream. It does smell and feel wonderful. It doesn’t feel greasy and is, I think, good for combination skin. I’ve heard mixed reviews about whether it really matters if you moisturize during pregnancy because stretch marks are more of a genetic issue than a personal care issue. Either way, it would be a nice routine. I haven’t tried it on my hair. It could be good as a scalp oil. The oil lasts a long time as you don’t have to use too much; however, this product is a tad bit pricey. So anyone who is interested should definitely take advantage of this sale. Thanks for the posting! Love your website by the way ;)
