5 Last Minute Mother’s Day Gift Ideas
Mother’s Day is 2 days away and many of you have either purchased your gifts already or are scrambling for some last minute ideas. As, I am more of the last minute kind of gal, I thought I would put a post together rounding up a few of my own personal favorite picks – as in, things I would purchase myself if they weren’t gifted to me ;).
My iPhone is my 4th baby. It is always with me and I can’t imagine my life without it. Sounds terrible doesn’t it? That’s what happens when your life and job revolve around social media and the online world. I’m not alone though as most digital moms couldn’t live without these genius smart phones.
Case Mate has designed the most gorgeous case for the sophisticated and chic mom. The Madison iPhone 4 case (pictured above) is made from leather and has Swarovski crystals embedded in the quilting details. So luscious and luxurious! This is the kind of case you would take for an evening out.
A day at the Spa can’t be beat. Every mom needs a little R&R and what better way then relaxing in pure bliss. Although I would love to spend the day at Spa Grande, it is a little far from where I live.
Spa Finder is a great way to locate your nearest spa and you can purchase packages or certificates directly through their website.
Travel… ah travel comes in as a very close side-by-side second to a Spa Day! For as little as $399 you can send your mom on a much needed vacation (flight and hotel included). Over at Traveling Mom, I’ve compiled a list of 10 Last Minute Travel Deals perfect for Mother’s Day! There are options flying out of the USA and 5 for Canadians.
I have always wanted one of Jennifer Zeuner’s stunning initial necklaces. If you have two or three kids, you can have the necklace personalized with their initials. So elegant and incredibly gorgeous. I am madly in love with these monogrammed pieces! Price: $264-$880 from Jennifer Zuener.
Last but certainly not least is the Namaste Monroe bag. Made from 100% animal friendly, PVC free material that is both easy to clean and durable, namaste’s bags are focused on luxury and functionality. My favorite, the Monroe, features a unique three-compartment storage design to separate yours and your babies things. It is a very sturdy bag as well and features an optional strap buddy so slippage on the shoulder doesn’t become an issue while toting your little one.
Another neat thing about the Monroe is that it also features a rear document pocket which is perfect for keeping important documents, a book or magazine unharmed.
The bag comes in rich and sublime colors such as Peacock, Eggplant, Black, Red and Hollywood Pink. Price: $85.00 from Namaste.
