With Spring comes new beginnings, fresh starts and bright, sunshiny days that say farewell to the dark wintery ones we’ve become so used to. I’m a photo addict and take as many photos of my little ones as often as I possibly can, unfortunately with dark days and lack of sunshine, it’s hard to take good shots.
The great thing about digital photography is that there is no need for film and you can edit or delete images that don’t turn out, thus saving money in the long run. The bad side? Those images very rarely get developed. I have over 7,000 photos from 2010 alone and I’m ashamed to say I haven’t developed more than 10. With digital, social media and blogging, sharing photos has become as simple as uploading and clicking ‘post’.
Although this is definitely convenient a few of my relatives don’t have internet access and so I’ve been looking for a way to share our photos in a unique way. Shutterfly has some really cool photo books that look like they are right up our alley. You can personalize your own book, designing the pages to hold from 1 to 16 shots per page. Prices are affordable, and the format is so gorgeous it makes for a perfect gift. They also have some neat birth announcements that I have my eye on, as I’ll be needing some soon once our son makes his arrival!

We are remodeling several parts of our house this spring.
I just got back from my first mission trip. I went to San Jose and San Francisco, CA. It was amazing!
We are moving to another state!
We bought a camp at the end of last summer, so I didn’t really have a chance to do much gardening, so this year, I’m looking forward to adding my own special touch and plant some new flowers.

We’re not really doing anything big, but we live up north, so being outside is phenomenally fun for us when the weather gets warmer (which it hasn’t yet!). We love Spring just so we can get outside and get some fresh air!
