Just Being Audrey: The New Children’s Book About Audrey Hepburn

Audrey Hepburn is an actress who is the embodiment of style and the essence of grace. Starring in movies such as Breakfast at Tiffany’s and Roman Holiday she always lit up the screen, but behind the acting Audrey was also a beautiful person.

Four days ago, Harpercollins just released a book for ages 4-8 called “Just Being Audrey”. Following Audrey Hepburn’s life growing up in the WWII-era readers take a look into the actresses life as a child. Audrey always wanted to become a dancer, but faced ridicule from her friends who made fun of her for her tall, lanky build, large eyes and large feet, traits that made her an iconic beauty later on in life.

Audrey’s simple kindness is emphasized throughout the book and light is shed on her many humanitarian efforts.

Amazon.com has the hardcover version on for $10.98.

If you have picked up a copy of this book already, please let us know what you thought of the book. We would love your comments!
