New Years Eve 2011 TV Specials: Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Years Eve and More

Happy New Years Eve! This year, my husband and I will be ringing in the New Year, with Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Years Eve Special. I’ve put a list of television specials and airtimes together for those parents who are spending New Years at home this year.

  • Not really a New Years Eve special, but watching the Back to the Future trilogy back-to-back has always been a Holiday tradition in our family. You can catch   Part I on BRAVO at 8 p.m. EST.
  • New Year’s Eve with Carson Daly will air at 10 p.m. ET on NBC.
  • Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2011 begins at 10 p.m. EST on ABC. Performances from Jennifer Hudson, Drake, and Train, Avril Levigne, Ke$ha, Taio Cruz,Natasha Bedingfield, The Backstreet Boys, and New Kids On The Block are just some of the artists lined up.
  • New Year’s Eve Live! on Fox begins at 11 p.m. ET on Fox. Nancy O’Dell will be hosting and Maria Carey is said to debut her new music video, “Auld Lang Syne.”
  • New Year’s Eve Live With Anderson Cooper and Kathy Griffin will air on CNN, live from Times Square at 11 p.m. ET.
