Britax Introduces The B-Ready, B-Nimble and B-Scene Strollers

Yesterday Britax introduced three new strollers as part of their product lineup: B-Ready, B-Nimble and B-Scene.

The B-Ready Stroller

Is a versatile and stylish modular stroller that can convert from a single child system to a two-child or twin system by using any combination of seats, bassinets and infant car seats in 14 possible configurations. Because of the various combinations and configurations, the B-Ready expands with your family. The stroller’s removable seat can be positioned forward or rear facing (from 6 months to 25 kilograms or 55 pounds), and has a full suspension that ensures a smooth ride. Other features include the adjustable, no re-thread five-point harness system, multi-position recline, large canopy to shield children from harmful UV rays, an adjustable top handle with a molded grip, and a large storage basket and removable parent pouch that can hold items such as baby’s toys, keys or a cell phone.

A second child seat (sold separately) will accommodate a child up to 35 lbs. This along with Britax B-Ready Bassinets can be purchased separately for $159.99 each.

The B-Ready comes in four fashions, each of which match with the 2010 Chaperone Infant Car Seat fashions and will retail for $529.99.

The B-Nimble Umbrella-Fold Stroller

Is car seat compatible and weighs less than 5.8 kilograms (13 pounds). and includes a canopy, rain cover and cup holder. B-NIMBLE accommodates newborns and children up to 25 kilograms (55 pounds) and is easy to both maneuver and fold.

Allowing for a comfortable ride for both infants and children, the B-Nimble is equipped with an easy-to-use five-point harness that offers three heights for a snug fit. The real wheel has a unique auto-lock fold release mechanism, allowing caregivers to fold the stroller and immediately rest it against a car or wall, without it rolling back down. There is also a one-footanti-scuff linked rear break, locking the rear wheels with a single step and a portable carry strap, perfect for the airport.

The B-Nimble comes in four fashions that match the fashions of the 2010 Chaperone Infant Car Seats (sold separately) and includes a removable, reversible insert pad for easy cleaning and more fashion options and will retail for 219.99.

The Three-Wheel B-Scene

Can be used from birth with an infant car seat or the Britax Bassinet (sold separately). The removable seat can be used forward or rear facing up to 25 kilograms (55 pounds). The B-SCENE’s three-wheel design and adjustable top handle offer parents improved maneuverability, while its full suspension produces a smoother, more comfortable ride for the child.

To further ease a parent’s routine, the B-SCENE features an automatic chassis lock that locks the frame in a folded position and an adjustable, no re-thread five-point harness system. The stroller also boasts lightweight expanded rubber tires so no inflation is required, and a one-foot anti-scuff linked rear brake with red and green indicators.

The B-Scene will be available in black and red, retailing for $429.99.

All three of these strollers come with Britax’s Click & Go Infant Car Seat Adaptors (which accommodate the Britax Chaperone Infant Car Seat) and a rain cover. The B-Ready and B-Nimble both come with cup holders while the B-Scene’s can be purchased separately along with a variety of other accessories.

The B-Ready will be available to purchase at Britax retailers in September while the other two will make their debut this fall.

The adapter for the B-SCENE will work with Chicco infant car seat but you need to purchase the car seat adapter from Britax for $59.99.

Hi! I really can’t decide between Valco Ion and Britax B-Scene, my baby is 10 months old. I love great shade of Valco and the seat is huge i love everything about valco ion except the seat is not reversible , but valco doesn’t make reversible seat, but i love Valco ion. I saw it in the store and i am totally in love with it. I also like Britax b scene but i haven’t see it yet, so i really can’t decide between this two.
