The Five Must Have Children’s Items For Fall
When fall comes it, it’s time to add a few layers and bundle up against the chill. Bundling up does not have to mean dressing down though. If you want your toddler to look good and stay warm, here are the must have items for this fall.
Fall is all about the layers. Instead of ditching those summer baby dresses, add another layer underneath them with fun leggings. You can go sweet or sassy, and make a look that fits your toddler’s personality so well. Mix colors and patterns, or go for an allover effect with similar shades. Whatever you choose, think warmth and style with cozy leggings.
A Great Hat
You do not want just any hat, you need a great fall hat. Hats are meant to keep your toddlers’ heads warm, but they can also make a style that is completely cool. Baby hats this year are anything but the ordinary ones we used to see. Now look for warm fall hats with screen printed designs, tie dye swirls, or big flowers on the front.
Sure, the days of running barefoot through the grass are gone. But that does not have to mean that your kids’ feet should be ignored by plain, white socks. Add some color to those piggies to keep them warm and fashionable. A splash of color can make having to wear bulky shoes again less of a chore, and all parents appreciate that.
A Sweet Sweater Vest
Both boys and girls can add a colorful layer to their shirts by tossing on a great sweater vest. This fall, don’t let your kids head outside without a fun and funky print vest on. Just like with leggings, mix and match colors and patterns to create a unique look every time. And how yo pair it up can take the same vest from a formal dinner to a day at the park easily. It’s the perfect fall accessory.
The Leather Jacket
Leather, and leather look-alikes, are a fall favorite for kids. Whether your child wants the bulky bomber style jacket, or the sleeker biker inspired jacket, a great leather jacket is a must have. Leather and suede jackets are warm and durable, made to withstand the torture that play can give a coat. And they just plain look good.
Fall is knocking on our doors, and that means it is time to get shopping for your children’s fall wardrobe. Look for colorful leggings, great hats, funky socks, bold sweater vests, and timeless leather jackets. Once you have these must haves, the rest is just cake.
