Kids Fashion Week 2010 Is In Full Swing

It’s Kids Fashion Week! Dedicated to young fashionistas everywhere, this week long event is taking place in Dubai at the Deira City Centre. The 2010 Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) launched Kids Fashion Week as its signature event last Sunday, August 1. The latest trends are available to view at 6:30pm every day and themed shows are organized to run during the event.

Various Kids’ fashion brands taking part this year include Carnival 4 All, Zara Kids, Woolworths, A2Z, Sanrio, United Colors of Bennetton, Stadium, Okaidi, Classy Style, Diesel, Moschino, Pumpkin Patch, Kenzo and many more. The event is said to be as glitzy and as glamorous as the grown up versions.

A union of kids from the United Kingdom, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Norway, Kazhakstan, Sudan, the United States, Jordan, Syria, Kyrgyz Republic, Australia, Azerbaijan, and the UAE, will come together during this fashion event offering a mult-cultural feel.

This year’s event has another special highlighting section, in which the parents will be designing clothes for their kids. Among these designed clothes, the best summer outfit will be judged.
