Katie Holmes and her 3 1/2-year-old daughter Suri Cruise spent the afternoon shopping at the Baby Co. in Madison, NY yesterday (April 9). Suri clutched a pair of bunny ears while her mom helped her pick out a few dresses.
The mother-daughter duo were spotted later in the day making there way to Balthazar in Soho for dinner. Suri wore a white dress – reminiscent of Holmes & Yang, with knee high socks and shiny black shoes. She clutched a big white envelope and slung her Manuella Doggy Backpack ($65) in green on her back.

Less gossip about Katie Holmes being pregnant! Simply because she is dressed in saggy clothes might merely mean that she really wants to feel relaxed.
