Atlantis Kids Adventures: Kids Club & Atlantis, Paradise Island Resort

Atlantis, Paradise Island resort in The Bahamas – one of the top family resorts in the world, as ranked by Parents, Condé Nast Traveler and Travel+Leisure Family has just recently opened its doors to the new Atlantis Kids Adventures (AKA).

This 8,000-square-foot state-of-the-art kid’s club just celebrated its grand opening on January 23, 2010. Guests at the resort from the ages of 3-12 will be able to choose their own adventure with staff available to help with culinary lessons, interactive electronic art, theater and outdoor play – playing to each child’s interests.

Interactive, touch-screen walls, tables and floors, provide creative game play and artistic expression. Projections on the walls and floors feature schools of fish and other creatures that follow fingers and swim away from the touch of hands; lizards may chase their feet across the floor or beach balls may bounce around them.

Trained staff members are available for each and every one of the following:

Arts & Crafts room

Culinary Kitchen

The EVERY video game ever made room

Wizardology reading room

Fully-stocked “Grocery Store”

Computer area

Performance area

LEGO Construction area

Partial and full-day participation at AKA is available, as well as special evening programs, including Candy Carnival and Buccaneer’s Bash themed nights.  Prices for AKA programming range from $40 to $65 per session.  For more information about Atlantis Kids Adventures, or to make a reservation for Atlantis, Paradise Island, please call 1-800-ATLANTIS or visit their website.
