pediped® released their Spring/Summer 2012 collection today, debuting over 75 new styles and color combinations across their three lines of footwear: Originals®, Grip ‘n’ Go™ and Flex®. Beach lovers will appreciate the bright and colorful water-safe shoes, while fashionistas are sure to adore the trendsetting color palette of jewel tones, metallics and bright accent colors.

Gladiator sandals are back (thank goodness!), and you can find plenty of athletic styles, Mary Janes and sweet boat shoes.

The most exciting news from pediped® is the introduction of their new sole for their Originals® line. Based on customer feedback, pediped® has created a more slip resistant sole. The new sole features a slip resistant diamond tread and is made of all natural high quality leather, just like before. The only difference – your baby won’t slip as much. So smart! The smooth slippery surface has always been the one thing I never liked about soft soles…

It’s here! On Monday Burberry debuted their beautiful Spring Summer 2012 Childrenswear Collection, which like their previous lines includes Mini-Me looks inspired by their runway looks from the Men’s and Women’s Prorsum line.

A mega-trend color this year for all things “kids fashion” is blue and Burberry has used various shades of it throughout this collection, in particular – pale china blue, imperial blue, navy, military navy and turquoise. Beautiful accents of greens, jade, various shades of yellow such as celandine and gorse, oranges, military red, crimson, pink and purples can also be found in abundance. [click to continue…]

As you know, we are big fans of the iPad and my girls use it on a daily basis for videos, games and as a school supplement. There is a slight problem though – we only have one. This can prove to be a problem when you are traveling in a vehicle for over 5 hours, which is why I have stopped travelling with it all together. If they can’t share, forgetaboutit.

When I saw the new iWood, I was thrilled! This neat little travel art case is designed by German design company Donkey Products. The case is designed to look like a laptop and instead of a track pad there’s a neat little rectangular slot for chalk.

Think of this as the 21st century Etch-a-Sketch. It’s sturdy enough to prop up on laps (perfect for travelling) and gives your kids a break from the screen. Sure you can’t listen to music or swipe to play, but it gives your child’s imagination a workout and at 40 Euros (approximately $53 USD) it is also considerably more affordable then the iPad.

The I-Wood is proving to be quite popular and won’t be available until late February due to high demand.

It’s that time of year again! Red hearts and roses are peeking out of store windows everywhere you look and magazines are showcasing their favorite picks for the most romantic holiday of the year. Although this is fine and dandy there is something that bothers me slightly because year after year, something is always missing – romantic and sexy gifts for the pregnant ladies!

Pregnancy is one of the most amazing times in any woman’s life and one which should be celebrated in every aspect. Those new found curves that keep getting rounder? Embrace them! Believe it or not, most men find their wives even more attractive when they are pregnant. Yes, it’s true!

Several companies have picked up on this and created maternity lingerie that is just gorgeous!
